Our patented silty water treatment systems use chemical flocculation and gravitational sedimentation aided by our specially designed layout to achieve the removal of total suspended solids without the use of any mechanized mixer. Our systems are designed to be economical, efficient and simple to use.

Features and benefits of the FLEXI chemical treatment systems:

  • FLEXI chemical treatment systems are primarily made of fibre glass which is corrosion free. This reduces the frequency and hence decreases the costs of replacement.
  • The fibre glass body of the FLEXI chemical treatment systems decreases the overall weight of the system and thereby facilitates the ease of transportation and relocation.


FLEXI chemical treatment systems come in different sizes to cater to different site needs and required treatment capacities.
FLEXI - M05

FLEXI-M05 has a maximum treatment capacity of 5m³/hr. Its compact design is ideal for work sites which has space constraints and which require treatment of minimal stormwater surface sun-off.

FLEXI - M10

FLEXI-M10 has a maximum treatment capacity of 10m³/hr. It is in general suitable for construction sites which are of a smaller scale or which require the system to be highly mobile.

FLEXI - M20I

Like FLEXI-M10, FLEXI-M20I is also designed for work sites of which are generally smaller but which require higher treatment capacity. In comparison, the FLEXI-M20I has a maximum treatment capacity of 20m³/hr, twice that of FLEXI-M10.

FLEXI - M40

FLEXI-M40 has a maximum treatment capacity of 40m³/hr. It caters to bigger construction sites where the volume of discharged silty water is high.

FLEXI - M60

FLEXI-M60 is designed to treat voluminous silty water discharge at very large work sites which require higher silty water treatment capacity. It will be able to treat silty surface run off at a rate of up to 60m³/hr.
